A Family-Built Business with Deep Roots in the Carolinas

STOP Restoration of the Carolinas was founded in 2009 by Bob Bergeron, a veteran who carried his sense of duty and discipline from service into every job he led. Bob built the company from the ground up in Fort Mill, SC — knowing that the fast-growing communities on both sides of the state line deserved a restoration company that would actually show up, do the work right, and stand behind it.

Today, the business is led by Caley Rodriguez, Bob's daughter, who grew up watching Bob build a great reputation, one job at a time. Caley stepped into ownership carrying forward the same work ethic, values, and community ties — while raising the bar on certifications and customer experience year after year.

Caley grew up inside this business — watching jobs get done right and understanding the kind of company she wanted to lead one day. She stepped into ownership carrying the same work ethic and values, while raising the bar on certifications and customer experience.

She runs the company on the same principle her father built it on: show up, do the work right, and never leave a customer worse than you found them.
