"STOP Restoration lived up to its name - they STOPPED the water damage from worsening and restored our home to a condition where there was no mold.
For a solid week they came out every day to check the progress of their drying machines and air movers and drying mats on our wood and tile flooring, and each day also went in the crawl space and checked the progress with their state of the art water meters.
The owner herself coordinated with our homeowners insurance and came out with a crew member to our home and personally meet with the adjuster and together they reached a consensus on how to proceed - repair a bit of the subfloor and replace all the tile and sand/refinish/stain all the wood flooring on the main floor.
It was quite a relief when the insurance adjuster agreed to accept the claim.
STOP Restoration remediated our extensive water damage from our refrigerator leak and we couldn’t be happier! They are now coordinating the repairs and the “pack out” as we will need to move out for a week or so.

"Caley + her team were so incredibly helpful. Not only were they responsive and available — but they were so tremendously honest. We thought we had a much bigger issue than we did and likely could’ve been talked into a much larger project — but their team assured us and reassured us that the issue was contained/not nearly as concerning as we assumed. Instead of exploiting our fear, they were honest in what needed to be done — saving us a ton of money! 10/10 recommend STOP Restoration of the Carolinas!"
"The folks at STOP have all been AMAZING to work with. They have made a terrible situation much more manageable…not sure I would have made it through without their support. They were here very quickly after I called them for emergency water damage services on a Sunday, whereas other companies I called couldn’t get here for several hours. The office manager, Kaleigh, is incredibly knowledgeable and organized. In addition, she communicated updates regularly. Jason has been so kind through this process. He’s one of the hardest workers I’ve seen, and he and Justin were very efficient with their time. I cannot recommend STOP Restoration enough."
"We called STOP to help with a minor leak the Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving, and Jason was here within hours. We needed someone to start right away because we were going out of town and we very much appreciated Jason getting everything set up and taken care of for us when he arrived. By the time we were back in town, the water had been dried out. Kaleigh was very communicative and worked quickly to get us an estimate for repair. With the year that it has been, I appreciate something going smoothly for once -- thanks to the STOP team -- hopefully we do not need to use you again, but would for sure if we had an issue arise!"

Were affected. Stop restoration came in and begun the process of drying those three floors, Ceilings and walls all the way to the studs, Under cabinetry with minimum invasive work to be done. Excellent job great guys would use them again in our community.

"STOP Restoration is hands-down the best! The communication is on point, always. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They are very quick and efficient. These guys are very knowledgeable in what they do and talk to you every step of the way. The office manager also communicates with the team and the customer, making sure everyone is prepared. The owner, Bob is the nicest and he makes sure the Customer gets the best service. I have used STOP for 2 different water leaks in my home over 5 years and I will always use them!! They also communicate extremely well with the insurance company and tell you ever step in the process! Professionalism at its Finest!"
